Abrupt changes in service

Pros

I was able to easily add a simple decision tree to our website, which was a huge help.

Cons

They suddenly removed their free service, which made all the time I spent setting up our embedded decision tree feel like a waste.

simple and perfect software to connect with your team in seconds

Pros

I use this software to stay connected with my team and it's been perfect for building strong communication. It's flexible, accessible and has all the features we need. And the design and themes make it really user-friendly.

Cons

Sometimes I run into issues when trying to add new connections or team members, and occasionally the server goes down because of heavy traffic.

This is the tool for contact center scripting

Pros

The software is super easy to use and set up. Building decision trees for our team is simple and it makes sure everyone knows exactly what to do next when making decisions.

Cons

Honestly telling, I don't have many issues. The setup, development, and implementation are all pretty simple. One thing I would say is that the user experience could be a bit smoother, especially when I need to change paths within the tree.

A strong decision tree with a small learning curve

Pros

The feedback feature was a lifesaver during our beta tests and it continues to help us in real-time. We can quickly fix issues and update info based on team feedback and it's so easy to jump between different scripts when needed.

Cons

This isn't really a fault of Zingtree but we've been using it for documentation processing decisions and I think it's more tailored for call scripts. As we added more information, the tree became a bit clunky and harder to navigate. It would be great to see more data-focused features in the future.

Used for internal training, not suitable tho

Pros

I love how easy it is to create decision trees. There are plenty of customization options, like adding images to questions and answers. Plus the support team is super fantastic.

Cons

As the tree gets more complex, it can get a bit tricky to navigate. I think there could be a better user interface for more advanced setups especially when multiple layers are involved.

Pros

The features are amazing and it's incredibly easy to use. Whenever I've had a question, the customer support team has been really helpful.

Cons

The main issue I have is the price. It feels a bit high for the features offered and it's out of my budget. They should consider lowering the price to make it more accessible.

Better workflow

Pros

In my team, we have lower-level techs handling troubleshooting before it comes to me. Zingtree has been great for giving them the resources they need to resolve issues on their own when I'm not around.

Cons

Building out trees with Zingtree can sometimes be a bit of a hassle but it might just be user error on my part.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Pros

We've reduced our ticket volume by 70% and it's now so much easier for customers to help themselves, which is exactly what we wanted.

Cons

It would be great to have the ability to add images to buttons without needing to use code.

Pretty simple, but effective

Pros

As I mentioned, this software is incredibly easy to use. It's been a game-changer for our agents as we continue to grow. It's also been great for training and day-to-day operations, just what our company needed.

Cons

The only real downside is that the software is a bit too simple for supervisors. My team often wishes they could do more with it. It does the job, but there's room for more features. I'd also love a better navigation bar to make searches easier.

An amazing time-saver software

Pros

This software has saved us so much time! Customers can enter all their info upfront, which cuts down on back-and-forth emails and speeds up problem resolution. We can now help more customers faster. I'd recommend it to anyone in customer service, especially if troubleshooting is part of the job.

Cons

The setup process can be time-consuming especially when you're new to it. But once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. The backend navigation can also be tricky when integrating the software with other tools.

Excellent tool, and the CSR was fantastic in answering all our questions

Pros

The platform is really easy to use and the knowledge base is great for solving small issues. I love how flexible it is when creating decision trees.

Cons

Unfortunately, the user interface isn't the most flexible. It's also lacking in API integration options for now.

Very helpful tool

Pros

It's simple to use and integrates well with tools like ZenDesk. It's been key in helping us expand our troubleshooting processes.

Cons

More API options would be helpful especially beyond just email node support. Also, when multiple people are working on the same tree, we've had issues with errors when generating nodes simultaneously.

Fun tool to work with

Pros

The interactive interface really brings the decision tree structure to life, and I loved the mapping feature. I can just drag and drop lines to connect questions and answers- it's so easy.

Cons

It would be awesome if Zingtree could integrate with Zendesk tickets while we're refining the tree. That would help with managing customer service tickets more efficiently.

Amazing and very helpul for school

Pros

The wizard tool is super helpful when building long decision trees. It walks you through each step and helps you plan everything out easily.

Cons

Adding extra nodes to a completed decision tree can be a real challenge. It often messes up the flow of the tree, which can be frustrating.
