Pros
It keeps getting better and better. Anytime something doesn't work the way I expect, I either get helpful guidance right away or they jump on it immediately and fix it if it turns out to be a bug.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It fits my needs perfectly and I really don't have any complaints.
