Pros

With customer acquisition getting expensive for my e-commerce business, this product has been a huge help in keeping growth on track. I really like it because it helps me retain users better and improve conversion rates which has made a real difference. For that reason, I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

It is not a major downside but I do think the product is a bit complicated to use. I ended up hiring outside help to get everything set up and managed properly. That added to the overall cost and the tool itself is already somewhat expensive but in the end it was still worth it.
