“A great addition that enhances our client experience”
Pros
What I like most is that none of our users have to interact with a back-end system. The fact that the Rapid Portal automatically brings in our dashboards, credentials, permissions etc. is very time-saving.
Cons
For our application, we needed to hire another developer vendor to create a user interface for our clients.
