Pros

What I really like about 6clicks is how it simplifies risk management and makes everything more convenient. It saves me a ton of time, since all the content I need is integrated and kept up-to-date and it's super easy to use thanks to the AI-driven platform. I highly recommend it to firms and professionals looking for a simple way to manage tasks and audits.

Pros

After we implemented it, we quickly started seeing value, less friction between client stakeholders and assessment teams, more efficient evidence collection and reduced labor for analysis and reporting. The built in standards and control frameworks have been really helpful for service development too.

Cons

There are a few features still in development that haven't been released yet, which would further support our operational efficiency initiatives. These include a centralized document repository for all attachments related to a single client or assessment and the ability to import custom assessments instead of manually building them in the portal. These features aren't a barrier to using the system but they do add some manual effort in certain parts of the assessment process. I'm looking forward to when these features are implemented.

Very easy to implement and the customer service actually checks in with you regularly. It's also really customizable.

Cons

The risk register doesn't quite match the way we do ongoing risk assessments. I'm struggling with how to adjust our process or how to adapt 6clicks to fit our way of working.

6clicks is not only easy to use but also very customizable. The marketplace lets me create content that can be easily rolled into each of my client's environments. It's a game changer for managing so many aspects of my business, including risk management, incident response, asset management, compliance tracking, policy governance, and third-party assessments.

Reporting of cross compliance could be improved especially when compared to other products I've used in the past.

Pros

The built-in assessment templates and easy customization made getting started with 6clicks a breeze. We're not experts in GRC but we knew what we wanted to assess and review so the process was simple and we could do it ourselves, no need for external consultants. Also there's a lot of room to expand thanks to all the options available. The GUI is modern and fast which is a nice touch.

Cons

The product's depth can be a bit overwhelming at times because there's so much potential content and customization available. You really need to plan out your assessment needs and be clear on what content you want to be reported.

The team is awesome and their support is great. I love their open approach to integration and the content library and modules cover about 85% of what I need.

The knowledge base is sometimes a little outdated and the new capabilities could really benefit from better documentation.

The Audits and Assessments module is fantastic and really easy to implement in both our business and with clients. The Obligations/Control Set module is also a great way to digitize static documents.

Cons

UI/UX could be improved, button clicks aren't always simple for new users. It would also be great to get Hailey trained in other domains. Having real time mapping to a live authority source like Thomson Reuters for automatic alerts would be a game changer for the risk, compliance and legal industry.

Pros

Implementation team was amazing, everything got up and running quickly, the platform is easy to configure and the reporting is great. It's saved staff a ton of time while providing actionable insights for the business and more timely reporting. Configuring it and onboarding staff is a breeze and the dashboard reporting has really reduced overhead.
