One thing that really works well with this app is the secure, identity-based connection it provides. You can tailor different experiences depending on a person's role or their access window which is very useful. The biggest advantage is that it doesn't rely on an IP address but you can move around and stay connected, unlike typical VPN apps. After some training, it becomes easy to follow. Tempered also offers multiple customer support tiers, including a 24/7 package and their top engineers are available to jump on a call and help when needed.
Cons
Getting new users up to speed can be a bit challenging because there are many features in the Conductor that can be configured. That said, the apps themselves are not especially complicated to use.
