“Easy permission management
Pros
The API is simple to integrate through scripts and the permission management is exceptionally user-friendly and efficient.
Cons
Setting up those secret links feels glitchy and pulling secrets from Slack isn't as smooth as I'd hoped

Pros
Love how this provides a complete SAAS solution and everything's integrated well. The customer fragmentation features are outstanding and make managing different client segments so much easier.

“They value feedback!
Pros
From an operator's standpoint, this PAM solution is user-friendly right from the get-go once you grasp the basics. The secure remote access functionality is easy to implement and manage. What really stands out is how the company genuinely listens to customer feedback and actually acts on suggestions quickly when feasible. Their proactive communication makes them a dependable partner and I appreciate how they're always working to enhance their product based on what users actually need. It's a solid, trustworthy solution with strong customer focus and reliable performance.
Cons
The technical documentation could definitely use some work. It's not as clear or comprehensive as I'd like it to be which sometimes makes things harder than they need to be when you're trying to figure something out.

“Way ahead of competitors !!
Pros
It tackles issues that others either don't address or are still working on. The local stateless proxy (gateway) makes management and access much simpler. What impressed me most is the caching capability for secrets. It significantly speeds up access times and improves application performance. The proprietary DFC encryption technology is brilliant since it uses customer-owned encryption key fragments that the company can't access, giving me nearly complete confidence in security with virtually zero risk of bad actors decrypting anything. Beyond just secrets management, it offers variable solutions like SRA (secure remote access), certificates and other useful features I plan to explore. It's genuinely an all-in-one solution.
Cons
Interface design could be improved. Getting around through all the different folders and secrets can be pretty hard when you're trying to jump from one spot to another quickly. For instance, going from search results back to the actual folder where something's stored isn't as smooth as it should be. plus a bunch of UI elements get cut off or dont display properly unless you hover over them or dig into the properties.

“Constantly upgrading
Pros
The interface is clean and really user-friendly. I appreciate how dynamic it is, constantly growing with frequent functionality upgrades. Documentation is detailed and clear. Infrastructure makes maintenance and patching simple. Their professional services team is devoted and truly customer-oriented!
Cons
We're missing several connectors and integrations with infrastructure systems especially for password management.

“Ease of use stands out
Pros
I've tried pretty much every major secrets management platform out there and this one absolutely stands out for how easy it is to use. While other solutions tend to slow us down with complicated workflows, this actually makes our team more productive by simplifying how we handle access management. What really impressed me was their approach to the secret-zero problem. They have some genuinely innovative solutions that have seriously boosted security for our critical teams.
Cons
The documentation needs some work though their excellent support team definitely makes up for it.

“Essential part of my workflow
Pros
I love how well it fits into my daily workflow. The platform has become essential for helping my team code efficiently with its dynamic credential and key injection features. What really stands out is the granular access control. I can easily manage and restrict access to sensitive data based on different team roles. Since personnel changes happen frequently, this flexibility has been crucial for keeping everything organized. The Ansible integration is another huge plus making it simple to leverage the secret management capabilities across all our configured environments.
Cons
The only real challenge we faced wasn't with the platform itself. It was more about getting our development team aligned with current security best practices for coding. That organizational hurdle was really on us, not the software.

“Centralized solution
Pros
I've found this to be a good solution for handling sensitive data securely from one central location. It lets me concentrate on developing and deploying applications while having confidence that my sensitive information is being managed safely and reliably.
Cons
While most competitors have this issue too, being a centralized system means if something goes wrong or there's an outage, everything can come to a halt. You can work around this with good backup and disaster recovery plans but it's definitely something to keep in mind when planning your setup.

“Responsive customer service
Pros
The customer service is very cooperative. Whenever I run into problems or want to suggest new features, the team is always responsive and helpful. Beyond that, this is one of the top secret management tools I've used, packed with useful features and solid integrations.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve when you first start using it though I suppose that's pretty normal for most systems.

“Handles secrets and certificates securely & smoothly
Pros
Nice how this tool handles secret imports. I've successfully pulled data from AWS secrets manager and Kubernetes Secrets without any problem. The temporary secrets feature is fantastic for testing since they automatically expire after a set timeframe. plus storing certificates like PKI and SSH feels rock solid and secure.
Cons
It's a bit costly. Our implementation got held up because I had to get manager sign-off since the annual cost was just over my approval limit. While that's not really their fault, it's definitely not a budget-friendly option.
