“Comprehensive dashboard visibility”

Pros

From a single dashboard, it gives you a full view of your network, computers, servers and services. It also helps identify security gaps and points you in the right direction for improving them, while continuously monitoring the network in real time.

Cons

Be prepared for a lot of effort. Once you're onboarded, it highlights all the weak spots and then the work falls on you to address them. That's not really Arctic Wolf's fault but it can easily turn into 3 to 6 months of cleanup and remediation.

“Delayed alerts, slow response times”

Pros

It was useful for spotting vulnerabilities across my environment.

Cons

Event response was too slow, usually taking anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. A lot of the time, our SentinelOne product was warning us about problems well before we ever got notified by Arctic Wolf.
