Pros

Their customer support has been excellent and the login integration worked really well. It significantly cut down the unauthorized account access issues we were dealing with from time to time.

Cons

The pricing feels a little steep for what we're currently using it for. Right now, the product mainly helps prevent non-human login and registration attempts so the cost would feel more justified if it included extra services like flagging potential fraud.

This really does a good job on letting us implement our own rules and adjust the UI and UX in ways that lower friction for legitimate customers while adding more hurdles for suspicious ones. The partnership with the Arkose Labs team has also been a big plus and they've been consistently helpful whenever we've needed support or problem-solving.

Cons

I'd still like to see more adaptability-focused features especially ones that can identify bad actors throughout the entire flow instead of only at a single point upfront and tools that can better anticipate future trends we may not be expecting yet.

It does a stable job of separating legitimate users from malicious activity while still keeping the experience fairly hassle free for genuine users.

Although Arkose Labs offers strong security advantages, the added verification steps can sometimes create extra friction and affect the overall experience for legitimate users.

I've always found Arkose to be responsive whenever I raise concerns about suspicious activity. It investigates quickly and follows up with the right action.

Running Arkose Labs for our online banking has been a very positive experience. It does an excellent job blocking bots by accurately identifying malicious traffic and only challenging the suspicious requests which helps protect our customers without creating unnecessary friction. The support team has also been fantastic making it much easier to maintain and improve our platform while keeping users satisfied. Compared with the solution we had before, Arkose Labs has been more effective at correctly spotting bad traffic and applying challenges where needed. The initial implementation was fairly undemanding as well.

Cons

One thing we'd really like is a way to test Arkose Labs in non-production environments. For example, it would be very helpful to be able to force a challenge for specific IPs, users or user agents.

Their team stays responsive, collaborative and proactive and they consistently give us clear insight into threat trends, control performance and ways to optimize protections without adding unnecessary friction, all while supporting a very secure environment.

Arkose Labs does a really good job of combining strong security with a low-friction user experience. The challenge-response system is dynamic and feels far less intrusive than traditional CAPTCHAs which helps legitimate users move through the process while still blocking automated attacks. The dashboard and analytics are genuinely useful too,it's responsive in spotting attack patterns, understand risk levels and communicate those decisions clearly to internal stakeholders. On top of that, their support team is responsive and engaged which makes rollout and tuning much more manageable.

Cons

Getting the initial tuning right can take some time especially if your traffic patterns are complex. The challenge sensitivity needs a bit of adjustment before it lands in the right place. Once everything is configured, it works well but the onboarding experience could still be better.

Security is really where Arkose Labs shines. Instead of only filtering risk, it actively challenges suspicious behavior and questionable tasks to help keep things safe. It feels nearly impossible for scammers to get past. The fraud insights and Fraud Hub dashboards also provide a very clear view and I appreciate that they keep updating the challenge types which is something you do not usually see with other software.

Cons

They clearly have a strong mission but the experience can feel a bit heavy at times. For example, having to go through multiple visual puzzles or challenges just to log in can be frustrating. For very large enterprises like Amazon, that approach probably makes sense but the pricing feels opaque and the customization could definitely be improved.

Their strongest point is how seriously they take privacy protection and that really makes them stand out.

Cons

There is not much to criticize although nothing is ever completely perfect. Things change over time and somehow they always adjust and come back into balance.
