“Reliable self-monitoring and automation”
Pros
The best part is how little daily effort it takes. It's very user-friendly and once it's set up, it pretty much keeps track of itself without needing constant attention.
Cons
It can feel a little heavy at times although that's understandable for what it does. The price could also be better.

“Lightweight scanner featuring a clean interface”
Pros
Clean and readable interface, plus it automatically starts scanning when a USB drive or other removable disk is plugged in. It also stays light on system resources.
Cons
One issue I ran into was that it missed certain viruses. A good example is the well-known "hidden virus" in Sri Lanka which AVG didn't detect.

“Trusted security across multiple devices”
Pros
One thing that gives me a lot of confidence is the sense of security it provides. I use it as the antivirus on both my personal and work computers and I also have it installed on my phone. On mobile, it automatically scans every app I download and on my computer it alerts me right away whenever it detects any threat.
Cons
I'm currently using the free version so I understand the paid one comes with more complete features and I'm planning to upgrade to the full version soon.

It does a really good job of catching potentially dangerous websites and warning me before I go any further.

One downside is that getting a virus removed cost a lot of extra money on top of the monthly membership fee.

“Strong threat detection and broad coverage”
Pros
The first full scan after installation in AVG Internet Security Business Edition will remove and quarantine unknown items, then copy them to the Administration Server backup area. You can configure the detected storage hierarchy, scan the exclusion area and restore files from the backup when needed. It is also possible to submit a sample to the AVG site. The lab checks it quickly and if it turns out to be a false positive, it gets added to the global definition database distribution in the next update cycle. Definition updates are released several times a day and are usually reflected by the following day at the latest. False positives are definitely an issue but with objects that have very few users, it seems difficult for any product to judge safety perfectly from the start. AVG appears to follow a policy of thoroughly checking and detecting even very unknown or suspicious items. In some cases, a full scan from another vendor may miss something that AVG catches. Based on that, the product gives the impression of providing very strong protection.
Cons
Getting the necessary information through Support Online is not very efficient. The site search is not especially useful so I sometimes have to contact the support center directly. Also, roughly every two years, the software has to be upgraded because support for the current version ends. AVG does provide a feature to distribute version updates automatically and that works fine for devices connected to the Internet. However, in closed environments, this method cannot always be used because of system restrictions.

This is a security tool that helps keep business operations running without interruption by protecting valuable files from online threats and potential damage.

“Reliable protection with centralised management”
Pros
To be honest this has worked really well for me. It reacts quickly whenever there's a threat on my PC which gives me a lot of confidence using it. One feature I really appreciated is being able to manage the status of all our devices from a single machine and that has been genuinely useful. Link scanning and Active Scan are also features that deserve a mention.
Cons
I honestly don't have much to criticize although there are times when it seems to slow my system down a little. That said, it's only a minor issue especially considering the level of protection it provides against threats on my PC.

Pros
Right away, the safety features and overall simplicity stood out and the protection has been excellent compared to other programs I've used. Cost mattered quite a bit so this ended up being a really good fit for my budget.

There's still room for improvement since it doesn't catch everything in some cases.

“Simple interface with dependable protection”
Pros
AVG Internet Security has been very reliable for me and responds quickly when needed. The biggest advantage is definitely the free version and it's nice that there are other versions available as well. The interface is simple, clear and not hard to manage at all. I'd gladly recommend this software to anyone because it's genuinely useful and works really well.
Cons
I honestly don't have much negative to say about this software. The only issue I've come across is that the free version offers only basic protection which can sometimes be a disadvantage.

“Protection you can depend on”
Pros
Right from the start, this product has been excellent to use. It's reliable, trusted and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Overall, it gets the job done well and most people will be very happy with it.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that it can slow your computer down and feel a bit intrusive until you're used to how it works. It helps to adjust the schedules and set them for times when you're not doing heavy processing tasks.
