“Quick few clicks encryption”
Pros
Encrypting or decrypting any document or folder takes just seconds and I can do it with only a few clicks.
Cons
The desktop app's interface is a little outdated and has a somewhat retro look, although that doesn't really impact how well it works for encrypting or decrypting files.

“Simple user friendly protection”
Pros
AxCrypt puts a strong emphasis on encryption which gives us real peace of mind knowing our data stays protected even if someone tries to access it without permission. On top of that one of its biggest strengths is how simple and user-friendly it is to work with.
Cons
One feature that would make it even better is the ability to automatically encrypt and secure every file inside a selected folder.

“Auto secures Google Drive”
Pros
One thing that has really worked well for us is how it automatically secures our company files in Google Drive while they're stored in the cloud. It also makes sharing data across the organization practical, since other AxCrypt users can open the files as long as they have our password. On top of that it's supported on our mobile devices which makes it convenient to use whenever needed.
Cons
A downside is that an internet connection is required to encrypt data, so it becomes difficult to use in situations where there is no internet access.

“Professional code file privacy”
Pros
Keeping my code and program files private was the main reason I started using this software and it has delivered exactly that. The level of encryption is professional and well suited for handling sensitive data in a secure work environment.
Cons
The downside is that getting access to additional features requires paying more. Even so, I do appreciate the functionality it already offers.

“Clean right click encryption”
Pros
AxCrypt is very easy thanks to its clean, user-friendly interface. Encrypting and decrypting files is quick with a simple right-click in Windows Explorer which makes it approachable even for people who are not very technical.
Cons
This software is mainly centered around Windows which is a limitation. Although it does offer Mac support, the features and overall integration are not as complete which can be frustrating for anyone working across multiple operating systems.

One thing I don't like is that every file ends up using the same encryption key.

“Simple right click encryption”
Pros
Using AxCrypt is very easy because the interface is simple and user-friendly. It also fits nicely into Windows File Explorer, so encrypting or decrypting a file is quick and convenient with just a right-click.
Cons
This softwaredepends on passwords created by the user for both encryption and decryption. That is common for this type of software but it also means file security depends a lot on how strong and private the password is. To keep encrypted files protected, users need to create strong, unique passwords and make sure they stay confidential.

“Edit encrypted files directly”
Pros
Honestly I only use a small portion of what AxCrypt can do but it handles everything I need it to. My use case is mainly encrypting personal files that I store on Google Drive. The feature I appreciate most is being able to open encrypted files, edit them and save the changes directly without having to decrypt them first and then encrypt them again afterward.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is what happens after deleting encrypted files. The softwareseems to keep a record of all encrypted files and if I remove them directly from the file system without decrypting them first, I end up getting pop-up messages saying the files cannot be found.

“Encrypts the entire folder structure”
Pros
Most of my use for it is encrypting files and protecting personal information with passwords. One thing that really works well is being able to encrypt an entire file structure, including multiple subfolders, all at once. It is secure and dependable.
Cons
What I'd want changed is having the option to use more than one password.

Pros
It has been a very reliable way to encrypt my files and folders without any hassle. The software is highly secure and I haven't run into any problems with it at all. Another big plus is being able to use it across Mac, Windows and my phone which makes it really convenient to access and encrypt files I keep in the cloud.
