Pros

One thing we're really excited about is using this for Active Directory and Office 365 setup. It's going to be a huge help in cutting down on risks by automating those everyday tasks we always have to do, like creating and deleting user accounts. Plus it's going to give us a much clearer picture of how we're using our Office 365 licenses so we can make sure we're only paying for what we actually need.

Cons

Honestly the only real hurdle is the cost. The software is a significant investment especially for a larger organization like ours.
