Pros
Chainalysis is a top player in blockchain analytics. They were the first to enter the market and have the largest amount of data. Plus their clustering stands out to me from competitors and their graphs are excellent too.
Cons
The learning curve is there as for new analysts which we did not expect. Also it is a good idea to go through some training to fully understand the platform and get the most out of it.

Pros
It is one of the platforms making a real impact in the cryptocurrency industry especially for investigations. So if you are looking for something like that I would say you should definitely go with Chainalysis.
Cons
I feel like it is a bit on the expensive side as compared to some other options so it would be great if they lower it.
