While the FAQs are still being populated, it sometimes requires us to contact support for assistance. However they are usually very quick in responding and having the FAQs completed would definitely make life easier.

Having worked with several GRC platforms, I can confidently say that Compyl stands out because of its comprehensive approach. The integration of every aspect of GRC into one cohesive system makes it incredibly efficient. What really sets it apart is its flexibility, allowing us to manage industry specific regulations, unique internal processes and specific risk factors with ease.

The system's flexibility means there's a bit of a learning curve especially for new users.

The platform continues to evolve without overhauling existing functionality which makes adapting to new features seamless.

We've been using Compyl for a while now and it's been great watching the platform evolve. While there were some UX improvements needed early on, they have relaunched the UI and it's much better now.

Coming from an information security background in the financial services industry, I can say that Compyl is more suitable for users who are truly looking to solve real compliance and security issues. While users just seeking a quick SOC 2 or checking boxes may not get the full value, it is ideal for those who have serious needs to tackle.

I don't have much to criticize. I've encountered a couple of small bugs here and there but they have always been quick to address them and are always ready to help if I get stuck.
