Pros

As the new IT Manager stepping into an organization with little updated documentation left by my predecessor, I needed something to quickly get up to speed. I found It easy to set up and use. Its integration with our existing business processes was fantastic. Thanks for making everything simple and giving me insight into what I did not know.

Cons

Honestly the only suggestion I have is that the evaluation period could be longer, 90 to 120 days would be ideal. While this wasn't an issue for me, I know from experience with similar products that more time would help others truly evaluate it.

A solid product for SMBs

Pros

Coronet security integrates with my Office365 security, giving me an extra layer of protection beyond Microsoft's built in features. I like the feature that moves malicious and phishing emails from the Inbox to a Suspected folder, making it easy for admins and users to manage security.

Cons

The IP whitelist feature works well by blocking IPs not on the whitelist.

Effectively stops phishing attacks

Pros

The new Coronet is excellent! It's so easy to use and I love that I can safely preview suspicious emails to decide if they are safe or not.

Cons

I have no complaints about this new Coronet version. All my previous suggestions and issues were addressed.

Pros

It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can rely on it without any Issue which makes my work feel much less stressful and more efficient.

Cons

I get a lot of "white noise" from daily notifications and I don't always dive into the reports.

Super easy to use

Pros

Installing and configuring it was extremely easy. The support and onboarding were fantastic. I especially love the daily recap emails about threats, phishing, malware and more.

Cons

I don't like the discounted intro price that jumps sharply in year two.

Easy to use & reliable tool

Pros

Setup was very easy and it's simple to use and make changes. That's huge for me because the less time I spend learning a product, the more time I can use it effectively.

Cons

Coronet lets you blacklist or whitelist countries based on login location. I would love to see this expanded to allow blacklisting or whitelisting by states or regions as well.

Pros

It was really simple to set up and the daily reports start at a high level but let you drill down to individual users.

Cons

Billing in it was hard to reach. I tried calling but got no response.

It's a multi purpose product that handles many security goals all at once.

Cons

Some features are no very simple to use. The support team sent me a guide explaining the rules but it would be better if this info showed up in helpful tooltips.

All in one DLP solution for tight budgets

Pros

Implementation is easy and doesn't require lots of manpower or technical knowledge. We chose Coronet to meet customer security audit requirements. Its cost and ease of use made it a perfect fit given our limited IT resources. Plus implementation took less than a week compared to months for most other products. It comes with preconfigured features covering about 85% of what top tier companies offer at a fraction of the price. For the rest we used a mix of Active Directory rules and site filters.

Cons

More features are needed for Coronet to compete with top-tier companies.

It is easy to setup also the UI is clean and well organized and alerts are informative.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was the lack of an easy mass deployment option for clients but I believe this has been fixed.

Great, simple DLP for cloud based businesses

Pros

Setup and maintenance are easy, the service is up in minutes (with ongoing refinements) and requires very little upkeep. Support is quick and easy to reach.

Cons

Slack messaging support is minimal which would be a huge benefit since Slack is becoming a major communication tool.

Pros

I don't even notice it running. It works perfectly alongside my other apps and doesn't slow my computer down like our previous software did.

Cons
