Pros

Coming into a new IT Manager role with almost no current documentation left behind by the previous manager, I needed something that would quickly help me understand what was happening in this area. Coro gave me that head start. The setup was simple to handle and it fit into our existing business processes really well. I appreciated how easy everything felt and how much visibility it gave me into things I otherwise would not have known.

Cons

Honestly, the only real downside I can point to is that the evaluation period could be longer. It was not a problem in my case but based on past experience setting up and using similar products, a 90- to 120-day trial would be much better. That would give people in a similar position enough time to properly assess the product.

Pros

Having Coro Security tied into my Office365 setup adds another layer of protection beyond Microsoft's built-in security. One feature I really appreciate is how it moves malicious and phishing emails from the Inbox into the Suspected folder which makes things much easier for both admins and users to review and manage.

Cons

The IP whitelist feature can be limiting since it blocks any IP addresses that aren't included on the whitelist.

Pros

This new version of the Coronet console is outstanding. It's very user-friendly and being able to securely preview a suspicious email is something I really appreciate because it lets me check whether it's actually safe or not without any risk.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about this updated version of Coronet. The issues and suggestions I had before were all addressed in this latest release.

Pros

The updated dashboard and console feel much more customized to what our team actually needs, with a cleaner and more simpler setup.

Cons

Getting to the level of detail we want does take some time since there's a bit of a learning curve to reach that desired granularity.
