Pros

The platform keeps an eye on 5 key areas that matter most to our cyber security team. It runs monitoring around the clock and delivers reports when we actually need them. This has really cut down on how much work our internal analysts have to handle. The support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful when we reach out. What I appreciate most is how it gives us the context we need to really understand where we stand security-wise.

It took a while to figure out the false alarms

Most alerts I get are actually legitimate issues which is refreshing. I'm not drowning in hundreds of false alarms every day like with other systems I've used.

The darknet coverage isn't quite where I'd like it to be but honestly everything else about this tool is fantastic

The leaked credentials database is really accurate which makes it much easier for us to track down users. Configuration is simple and the tool itself is simple to work with.

Cons

Sometimes we receive incorrect notifications about data breaches that turn out to be false alarms.
