“Valuable automation features

Pros

The automation features simplify how we deliver training materials and test our team's security knowledge. I appreciate how the platform handles the educational content distribution without much manual intervention. It's made our cybersecurity awareness program much more efficient and I can see how this approach helps reduce security incidents across the organization. The rich functionality means we can customize training to fit our specific needs.

Cons

The main drawback is that we can't edit employee information directly within the system. It would be helpful if we could remove outdated employee accounts from the active employee list instead of having them clutter up our available options.

Doesn't have a way to track email delivery problems like bounces or when messages get caught in filters. Sometimes you need to do extensive whitelisting through mail security policies to get things working.

Sometimes the BI forms are slow loading and there's no way to track mail delivery problems like bounces or filters which can be frustrating.

Browser details could be more granular. Would love to see what version users are on when they click links and stuff. More specifics would definitely help with troubleshooting.

Initially found the phishing simulations somewhat basic and overly simplistic plus there were some interface glitches when new features rolled out. Though to be fair most of those issues got resolved pretty fast.
