“Simple to set up
Pros
Really helpful for protecting our endpoints and environment from various threats. I appreciate how simple it is to set up and get running.
Cons
It tends to generate quite a few false alarms that can be frustrating.

“user-friendly system
Pros
From what I've experiened it is really user-friendly and their service quality is outstanding. They catch and handle cyber threats quicker than other MSSPs I've worked with.
Cons
The technical reports could be simpler for business folks who aren't as tech-savvy

“Quick analysis results
Pros
The turnaround time for getting analysis results is really quick and when we need to respond to incidents, the findings are ready almost immediately.
Cons
As things become more stable in our environment there's less opportunity for this to actually do its job which makes it feel less cost-effective over time.

“fast access to reports
Pros
I appreciate how the recent updates to the Management Console give our SOC team a solid workspace for daily operations. Senior leadership can also jump in quickly to access reports when they need them. The Managed Detect and Response alerts come through email and phone which works well though the mobile app focuses just on critical issues. Having Cybereason's Global SOC spot threats initially has been valuable. They hand things off to our local team for review and verification.
Cons
The biggest headache we deal with is when sensor and active probe versions get updated. We usually jump on the management console updates early but take our time rolling out the sensor and probe versions. The console has improved with offline client updates. It can prestage updates for endpoints that aren't online so they deploy when they reconnect. But we still struggle with update throttling issues. Pushing updates to 1,000 endpoints simultaneously kills our 1GB internet connection (yeah, I should probably know better by now).

“active team
Pros
The response time is really impressive especially when we're away from the office for holidays or other reasons. I appreciate how they can quarantine files and isolate machines before issues escalate into major network threats. This service works perfectly for our small IT department since we don't have dedicated security specialists on staff.
Cons
There was this one incident where we thought they were looking into a security issue but it turned out they hadn't actually started until we followed up about it. Not really sure what went wrong there but it only happened that one time.
