“Saves me a ton of time!
Pros
CyberHoot has proven to be the best for me as an account manager at an MSP. The platform is simple to use making it easy to manage multiple clients and enhance cybersecurity training. Also, their support is excellent as the responses are quick and they are always open to feedback. They have even acted on some of my suggestions which shows they truly listen. So I highly recommend it to any MSP looking to simplify and improve their security training process.
Cons
There is a bit of a limitation when it comes to the types of videos available and they sometimes feel a bit too AI generated to me.

“Affordable, top tier cybersecurity training for organizations
Pros
Its autopilot feature makes setting up training for our staff incredibly easy and what used to take weeks like annual cybersecurity training and phishing simulations, now takes no time at all. The onboarding was also smooth, with integrations to Google Workspace and Microsoft O365. Plus staff loves how easy it is to access training just click the link in the email and they are ready to go with no sign in needed. The video library, mostly filled with free YouTube videos offers plenty of options. The dark web scans are a great bonus and the GoPhish phishing toolkit is useful for testing how well the training works by sending simulated phishing emails. Overall it is fantastic though I wish it had more email templates or allowed us to create our own.
Cons
Well it keeps prices affordable by using freely available YouTube videos for many of their training materials rather than offering content specifically tailored to their platform. They only have a few branded videos. While this does not bother us too much stiil I feel like it would be nice if all videos had consistent branding and a unified look. Some videos are better than others and I suspect the AI security video was AI generated which was not ideal. Our staff sometimes finds the quizzes challenging compared to other platforms as they can be tough and a bit confusing. Though it does allow us to customize quiz questions but this can be time consuming too. Also their API is only available to MSPs.

“Videos are Easy to Follow and very Informative
Pros
We implemented it about a month ago and I really like how the videos are short and easy to follow. They break down the information in a way thats easy to understand. Overall all these videos are perfect for reminding us how to spot potential threats like phishing.
Cons
As a user I was not happy about not being able to access my list of assigned courses directly. I also had to wait for a link to access the specific course and complete only that one. I am not sure if this was intentional or not.

“A must have tool for any MSP!
Pros
It offers great flexibility for customizing training to fit your clients needs whether it is detailed compliance reports or individual training. If a client does not need much customization, their autopilot platform provides a simple, affordable solution with just the right amount of personalization. CyberHoot and their support team are always aiming for excellence so you can trust your clients will get the training they need. Plus the training is easy to complete, quick and simple to monitor making it perfect for QBR/TBR teams. At 4Bis we focus on training our users to handle phishing and spam because, even with advanced spam filters some messages still slip through. That is why we rely on it to ensure our end users are properly trained.
Cons
Being a newer company it does face some growing pains, such as there is not a lot of documentation on how to use the software or manage clients effectively. While their support team is excellent and answers questions quickly and thoroughly I think it would be great to have access to a more detailed knowledge base and instructions on how to fine tune the software for our clients.

“Top Advice on cybersecurity
Pros
This tool provides fresh content every month, keeping our team updated with the latest cybersecurity threats. We have used other training tools before but this is by far the best.
Cons
Access to the content is excellent and it is easy to track who has not finished their training. However I feel like it would be more efficient if there were an automatic way to resend email reminders to users who have not complied, rather than having to do it manually for each person.

“Some topics are great, others not so much
Pros
One thing I really like is how it keeps best practices in focus with easy to understand videos and quick, simple quizzes to complete.
Cons
Some of the video content feels outdated and does not apply anymore. I also felt like some of the series can be a bit too repetitive.

“Videos were good and easy to understand
Pros
I liked how the videos were concise and informative. Also the quizzes and videos were easy to navigate and I was able to understand everything clearly. The whole learning process was simple and effective.
Cons
Honestly I did not like that some quiz questions had multiple answers but I liked being given several attempts to get the correct ones and sometimes it took a couple of tries to get it right.
