“Visibility improved greatly”
Pros
Connecting our environments was really easy, and it gave us clear visibility across the whole platform. Whenever we ran into issues, the team responded fast and even introduced a feature we needed to improve the Slack integration. The scopes have also been very useful for organizing and prioritizing assets, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities.
Cons
The only thing I'd still like to see is more functionality for managing the CVEs that get identified, but with how quickly the product is evolving, I'm confident that will come.

“fast to start up”
Pros
Getting this up and running was quick, and the immediate insights were genuinely useful right away. It also does a good job of helping resolve issues with contextual guidance that points you in the right direction.
Cons
One thing still missing is an agent-based deployment option.

“Cloud visibility works”
Pros
Managing several cloud accounts across different providers gets complicated fast, and that's exactly where Cyscale has been incredibly valuable for me. The platform takes a lot of that operational weight off my shoulders. Its interface is easy to navigate, and the onboarding for connectors is simple enough that getting accounts added didn't feel like a chore. Once everything was connected, I could view compliance issues, security risks, and overall exposure across the whole estate from a single dashboard, then dig deeper only when I needed more detail. With just a few clicks, I was able to pinpoint where problems existed and start fixing them using the platform's recommendations and root-cause insights. The automatically generated network maps are especially useful because they make it much easier to trace issues back to their source and lock things down properly. On top of that, the KPI trend reporting is very practical when sharing updates with senior stakeholders. It has easily saved me at least a full day every month on routine checks alone. Instead of spending hours jumping between accounts and providers, I can review what matters in one place. I also set up a Slack webhook, and getting real-time alerts on changes and compliance trends has been a big plus, especially alongside the native cloud provider notifications. Another big positive has been the Cyscale team itself. They've been outstanding, not just in helping me use the product, but also in advising on remediation best practices. It genuinely feels like they treat customers as partners, and they've been receptive to our feedback based on how we use the platform in real life. For anyone responsible for cloud infrastructure security and governance, this feels like an essential tool.
Cons
If there's one drawback at all, it's that the platform starts with every control enabled by default, so it takes a fairly cautious, almost paranoid stance from day one. I can see why that approach makes sense from a security perspective, but it does mean you need to spend a bit of time trimming down compliance standards and regions for each connector. Even so, the product keeps improving, and every new release seems to make that process more manageable.

“Excellent!!”
Pros
Integrating this with our cloud platforms was super simple, and the findings come in several report formats that fit different needs. Their team really knows the space, not just their own product, and they've been a huge help when it comes to resolving vulnerabilities. They gave us the resource context, clear descriptions, and remediation steps, which made it possible to fix security issues and quickly reassess a specific resource to verify it was actually resolved.
Cons
Nothing to complain about. It works really well, offers strong value, and I'm a very happy user.
