From my experience, this software is incredibly user-friendly and performs even better than I expected. I was able to recover files I had completely forgotten about and save them in a much more organized way.

Cons

No major complaints while using this software. There have been a few occasions where it crashed while I was recovering a larger drive but aside from that, I haven't experienced any significant issues.

Pros

I found it very helpful and easy to use. I was worried that I had lost important photos and videos but the software made the recovery process simple and clear. What I like most about it is its effectiveness and ease of use. After trying several other recovery tools without success, this was the only software that recovered my lost GoPro videos from a corrupted SD card. Using the software is incredibly easy and I don't need to be a rocket scientist to navigate it. I especially like the filters that let me go straight to the file types I'm looking for which saves me a lot of time. I have always been able to recover my lost files and I have never been disappointed.

I can't use the same license across both Mac and Windows which would make things much more convenient.

After accidentally deleting 700 GB of data from my Samsung SSD, I thought I had lost an entire week's worth of work. After purchasing the license, I scanned my SSD for about 10 minutes and recovered every single file. The most impressive part was that the footage had been recorded on high-end cinema equipment, with some files reaching 50 GB each, yet everything was recovered completely intact. I'm genuinely grateful to the team for making that possible.

Cons

There is strict separation between Windows and Mac licenses. After switching from a Windows PC to a Mac, I discovered that my existing license wasn't cross-platform compatible. I think it would be much more user-friendly if the lifetime license were tied to my account instead of a specific operating system especially for professionals who upgrade or switch devices over time.

I used it after accidentally deleting an important Excel financial model from OneDrive on my Mac. Since the file was no longer in the recycle bin, I initially assumed it was permanently lost.

I didn't particularly like that recovering files after a full scan requires a paid license. One limitation I noticed is that the Windows and Mac versions are treated as separate products so my Windows license doesn't work on a Mac. I also learned that the Mac version is priced higher than the Windows version which was a little disappointing.
