For years, we search for a solution that could easily integrate with our existing infrastructure and provide strong threat detection. A friend recommended ESET, and it is been a perfect fit. We have tested it extensively, and its excellent, with AI-powered insights and customizable dashboard.

The only challenge is that new users might find it tough to get used to all the features but that should get easier with time.

Its strong and dependable security app that protects against a variety of threats. The interface is smooth and notifications are minimal. It performs well, is easy to install and managing licenses is simple. Regular updates and scans are automatic though manual options are available. Customer support has been helpful.

No major negatives here. Start up scans may slow down older devices but that is expected. I have dealt with much heavier security software in the past.

I have tried many security tools from antivirus programs to firewalls and tools for detecting potential threats but ESET and its various software have identified more issues and provided faster solutions than any other security tools I have used in my 10+ years of experience. Their software gives me peace of mind in both my personal and business life and they offer strong support via phone or email for any concerns.

I have very few complaints about ESET except for the difference in pricing and support between server software and home software. They seem to use separate support centers for each which makes sense but is a bit concerning as it might show a bias.
