The ease of use and user interface are definitely highlights. The best part though is the product itself, it's a brilliant concept. The fact that it's free makes it even more accessible for customers to use regularly. The many features let users explore and get the most out of it and the customer service is excellent and quick to respond. It's such a time saver especially with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources. Implementation is super easy, too!

Cons

The only thing that makes it a bit less approachable is the need to purchase credits for premium features and the slightly expensive price point.
