“Flexible DRM but tricky server management

Pros

I really believe Fasoo's strongest offering is their DRM solution. It gives us the flexibility we need for day-to-day document management without making things complicated, it's both powerful and user-friendly. Most importantly, it offers strong document security that we can count on.

Cons

The server management can be a bit tricky, especially when one document needs approval from another. That process isn't as smooth as it could be.�On the bright side, the notifications to the document owner are actually really reliable as they do a great job of keeping everyone in the loop

“excellent document control

Pros

The standout feature for me is the level of control. You can protect, track, and manage sensitive documents everywhere, whether they're sitting on a server, being emailed, or opened on a mobile device. By encrypting files and setting detailed permissions, I can prevent unauthorized people from changing, printing, or sharing confidential info, both inside and outside the company.

Cons

I'm not entirely sure what I'd list as a true 'dislike'�since the tool works well.�That said, it would be fantastic if there were a bit more flexibility, for example, allowing the printing of sensitive information on trusted home printers in a secure way, rather than completely prohibiting it. That would be a helpful quality-of-life improvement for remote workers.
