The only upside for me was the low price. It's also a very small program, so it downloaded quickly for me.

This software basically wrecked my computer. Before this, I had never seen a blue screen of death and within just a couple of hours of trying to use it, I got two of them. Every time I moved a file or folder, it would complete the move and then freeze my computer so badly that even Task Manager couldn't do anything. I ended up stuck in a cycle of doing one action, forcing a hard reboot, doing another action and rebooting again. On top of that and maybe this is just part of how encryption works, it wouldn't let me use the shredder feature on encrypted files which makes me question the point of having it at all. The fact that the program is only 10.43 MB also makes it feel like there's a serious lack of proper development behind it, because problems this severe should not be happening.

It does a great job of meeting security and privacy requirements for us which is one of the biggest reasons I value using it.

Interface could use an upgrade and would benefit from more advanced features to make it feel more modern.

Security and encryption matter a lot to me, especially on the computers we use at my company and this software fully delivers on that. The backup feature is also really great and gives me a lot of peace of mind. On top of that, the pricing feels very reasonable and I appreciate that it's a one-time payment.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that a few things can be a bit difficult to understand in the beginning.

Starting out was easy for me and using it has been just as simple. It does a really good job of protecting business data and files through encrypted lockers and online backup and the free space shredding feature is a nice bonus as well.

After choosing the package that included USB and cloud protection, I was very satisfied with how manageable it was for me to use, especially as an older person. Compared with similar products, the pricing feels quite reasonable for me. Finding full bundles in the 30 to 60 dollar range was, for what I needed, very worthwhile. The mobile apps deserve credit too. I use both Android and Apple phones, so having a single app and account work across both makes staying protected much more convenient for me.

At the beginning, the instructions were not very clear. The interface also felt confusing to me at first, with so many options that I was hesitant to click around because I was not sure what each setting might do.

Most people want their data encrypted without making it obvious to others that they are securing something. It would be better if there were another way besides showing the app icon on the screen, or maybe a hide-data option that activates by pressing the screen for a few seconds.

Using it to encrypt files, folders and even entire hard drives is really convenient for me. It also runs as a portable tool which makes it useful for protecting USB drives or folders stored on them. On top of that, the secure file shredding and other extra options add a lot of value for me.

One frustrating problem comes up when opening an encrypted folder and working with the files inside it. After finishing, the folder sometimes refuses to close again because it says some files are still open or in use, even when they actually are not. It seems like certain programs keep a background link to those files in memory and that ends up preventing the folder from closing properly. It's definitely an issue.

After using this software for the past year, I've really enjoyed it. It comes with strong security features, a very good UI design and the installation is simple for me. I can hide and protect all kinds of folders, files and drives on the system. Encrypting documents only takes a few simple steps. It also helps keep files safe from fraud and unwanted access. The overall security setup feels much stronger for me and even the trial version for PCs and laptops is very good.

Protecting every MS Excel and MS Word file with separate passwords used to be really important to me but it was also a hassle. Since I started using this software, I no longer mind securing each file. I travel to clients quite often and having my folders locked gives me peace of mind because even if I lose my drive, nobody can access my files. The file encryption, secure backup, USB protection and password wallet are all very useful extras for me as well.

Getting the folders set up was a major hassle and after talking to customer support, I was told there are known defects they're still working on. They offered workarounds that let me protect my files but I'm still unable to use the product the way it was originally meant to work.
