Well it works fine as all the information I needed was available. Even though I do not use it enough to give an appropriate or detailed answer.

The ease of use and how well it responds to business rules is something I like the most about it.

There is nothing that has affected my work negatively for now. So no complaints.

I have been using Forter for over a year at the company I work for. And the only issue I have had is navigating through transactions. Other than that everything else is fine.

Well I has a great experience using Forter. As it gives me all the information provided to merchants about transactions.

Cons

Customer service is quite poor. As I never get the answers quickly and there is no way to directly contact Forter reps.

“A great fit for our company

Pros

Forter was really attentive in understanding our needs during the sales cycle. Their final presentation covered everything we needed which made the decision to go with them easy, especially when comparing them to competitors. Also the installation of the solution was quick from API integration to training the Forter Porter admin.

Cons

The only issue I faced was that the sales rep we worked with at Forter left the company. He was simply the best and it is hard to find such a rep again even though I am sure the rest of the sales team is just as good.

“Takes stress away!

Pros

Not only is it easy to implement but it makes it easy for me to measure value and is proven quite useful. Overall I am happy that we chose Forter.

Cons

Not a complaint but I just wish there were more opportunities to share decisions with other tech platforms.

Forter has always been dedicated to our customer base and is open to learning from mistakes made during implementation.

There is nothing that I consider as a con. If something comes up in the future I will definitely share it here.
