“Star of GRC tool

Pros

Excellent usability and customer interface. The Risk Register is powerful and the personalized customer service was exceptional. We had the tool up and running in a day, though building the backend processes took longer than launching the tool.

Cons

We've had some quirky bugs during implementation especially around the Compliance Calendar.

We're in the process of using FullCircle to organize our evidence gathering and sharing process and it has been very easy to use so far.

Sometimes, features didn't quite work the way we hoped. However it is really good at working with us to explain and resolve any issues.

Ease of use is incredible. FullCircle is extremely user-friendly, making it easy for individuals to get up to speed with the platform. This has drastically reduced training time and resources needed to maintain our GRC program. This also offers many features that streamline our processes, such as linking findings from assessments and vendor reviews directly to our risk register. This has been invaluable for external audits as we can clearly demonstrate the source and tracking of each risk throughout its lifecycle.

FullCircle GRC is easy to use with a simplified interface, offering great value for money. It covers all our GRC requirements, including policy management, vendor risk assessments, enterprise risk assessments and internal audits. It also offers a customizable inventories module. The team at Risk3sixty has provided excellent implementation support and responds promptly to any queries.

I do not disliked anything about fullCircle GRC since I started using it.

Pros

FullCircle is a well-built platform that supports key GRC functions. We use it to track various projects, such as vulnerability management and risk remediation. Its calendar feature keeps our compliance tasks on track, while the policy management module simplifies drafting and approval. With additional modules for vendor management and penetration testing, FullCircle covers all our GRC needs. It also helps track SOC 2 controls and evidence, with automated follow-ups to keep everything updated throughout the year.

Cons

At the moment, only the automation for AWS is fully developed. However automations for Azure and other platforms are already in beta testing and should be available soon.

The dynamic and robust FullCircle dashboard provides real-time insights into risk and audit issues. It also helps track ongoing compliance, ticket resolution and policy changes.

Cons

Dashboard has so many features that it can sometimes be complex to fully understand the ongoing process.

I use FullCircle GRC regularly, and the real-time dashboards and automated reminders make risk and compliance management effortless.

Cons

One area where Full Circle GRC could improve is in its reporting templates, which feel somewhat limited and could benefit from more customization options. Also the initial setup can take some time, particularly for smaller teams that don't have dedicated IT support

“An easy-to-use and efficient GRC tool

Pros

I was one of the early users of FullCircle, when it was still called Phalanx. Over time it has evolved into a reliable GRC solution that tracks all elements of your ISMS, GRC, TPRM and more. The platform offers plenty of customization, but the out-of-the-box solution has everything you need. As an Information Security professional, the ease of implementation is a huge plus. Compared to other GRC tools, it is the easiest to implement.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike. We have made some feature requests but the FullCircle team has always been receptive to our feedback. These are more of "nice-to-have" features rather than essential ones.

Pros

FullCircle is a simple GRC platform with everything needed to create, implement, or support your GRC program. One feature I particularly enjoy is the ability to link individual items across modules (e.g linking a project task to a risk to its related control), providing a clear path of why and how things are being done. While there's always room for improvement, FullCircle offers a solid out-of-the-box solution. The Risk3sixty team also provides great support and has a useful wiki to help with integration. After implementation, we use it daily for risk management, control reviews and project management. The only module we haven't explored is the vendor module.

Cons

Some basic functions expected from a GRC tool are missing: Risk policies cannot be centrally managed and updated across risk registers. Tables can't be created in rich text boxes. It would be useful to have an approval/signing function for risk items, allowing business stakeholders to be more involved.

Pros

The vulnerability management module is fantastic. Combining frameworks can be tricky but with some customization, it becomes much easier. The support team is always available to assist with any questions or issues.

Cons

iT lacks strong reporting features, which makes it difficult to generate customizable reports that are essential for management and auditors.
