“Fit to purpose to our needs / Very little I need to admin

Pros

Installation was very quick taking about 30 minutes to complete using the QuickStart guide. I initially spent a couple of extra hours trying to set up manual integration which turned out to be unnecessary. The remediation process is great minimizing back and forth emails and making communication across users much simpler. I can focus on what is most critical to us which has streamlined the remediation process. Notifications are automatic meaning I do not have to investigate every single incident. The Github integration automatically detects secrets within the code and blocks merges if needed.

Cons

There are a lot of integration options which might be a plus for others but it confused me. In my case I was not sure if I needed a "VCS/GitHub" or "CI/CD GitHub Actions integration. The pricing plan for small businesses is not very clear either and you need to "contact sales" for more details.

Pros

The setup and dashboard navigation are efficient with lots of documentation available. It feels like a highly reliable tool.

Cons

I found it hard to get in touch with a support line.

Pros

Setup was incredibly easy just a few clicks and it was ready to go. Alerts come in almost real-time.

Cons

There is no support for integration with ADO which has been frustrating since we had to buy another tool for that.

Pros

The product is easy to work with and integrates effortlessly. I also really like how it notifies me when confidentiality is threatened.

Cons

I have not explored much but I have liked everything so far.
