Pros

Found it easy to use. Even entry-level security staff can move around without much trouble. Security feels rock solid and the platform runs stable which gives me that warm fuzzy feeling knowing everything's protected. For what you pay it's honestly a profit considering the value you get back.

Cons

I've had some real headaches when I forget my master password. The security is so tight that getting back into my own system becomes a nightmare. Support gave me some trouble when I first started out but those issues got sorted once I became more familiar with how everything works.
