“Simplified compliance process with Hicomply!

Pros

What I really appreciate about Hicomply is its interactive interface and how streamlined the approach to compliance management is. Automating things like document tracking and evidence collection has saved our team so much time. The templates and guidance have been really helpful in keeping us audit ready with confidence. On top of that, their customer support team is outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive through both the implementation and ongoing use.

Cons

While it covers a lot of compliance needs, there's still room to improve when it comes to customizing workflows for more specific frameworks. Sometimes, certain integrations need manual work or support to get them functioning correctly. That said, the team is always open to feedback and regularly releases updates based on user input.

Pros

I find it super convenient to have quick and easy access to all the essential business docs and it fits smoothly into our onboarding process.

Cons

It would be nice to have the option to favorite or pin documents for quicker access.

“The best in organization

Pros

Sorting system is great!!! I can easily find the new articles I need to review with just a click (sorting by unaccepted). The "status" feature is also a nice touch, giving me a quick overview of what's done and what still needs attention. Every time I go back to review, it's easy to see a little "x" to show me what needs to be actioned.

Cons

I think it'd be helpful to sort files into categories or topics. Depending on how many readings there are, it can feel like a wall of text to search through when looking for a specific article.

“Not a great experience

Pros

The layout is really clear and easy to navigate, it makes using the platform so easy for me.

Cons

It has stopped tracking which policies I've read and the suggested fixes aren't really working at the moment.

The dashboard has been super helpful in keeping track of the team's compliance with reading the required documents.

This is a really comprehensive GRC solution that makes it much easier to achieve and maintain compliance with leading standards. It's especially useful for organizations aiming to get certified in things like ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR.

So far I haven't noticed any limitations.

“Simplifying ISO compliance

Hicomply has completely changed how we manage our ISO27001 certification. We bought it just a few months before our re-certification for ISO27001:2022 was due, since we were still on the 2013 standard. We needed to update all our documentation. Our customer representative helped us set everything up and showed us how to use the platform the right way. She's been awesome, she's always there to answer questions and clarify anything. She even recommended auditors for us. Thanks to her we passed our audit recently and I have to say this was honestly the best onboarding experience I've ever had with software.

“Perfect tool for keeping your ISO certification up to date

Pros

It is definitely a one stop shop for all our ISO27001 content, making sure we stay aligned with the standard. The ability to do a GAP analysis is super helpful too.

The user interface is so simple and easy to navigate. Documents load quickly and all the tools work just like they should.

Not all required reading or documents are visible right away and sometimes our admin needs to step in to correct that.

“Excellent app for ISO implementation and auditing when using provided templates

I really like how functional Hicomply is, linking documents and managing tasks are both super easy. The dashboard is very helpful and supportive and the Help Center is well organized. Customer support has been great and the platform is really easy, which made it easy to implement. We use it every day to keep track of team tasks, progress on audits and do reviews.

Cons

Editing templates is pretty basic and there's no option to customize folders (like a missing 'Documents' folder, since records are more for evidence, all the blank documents go into procedures). The system can get slow due to the sheer amount of projects, documentation and users. Also not all docs show up in the 'Compliance' section after publication. The tagging system doesn't always work as it should and sometimes it takes a few attempts for users to accept new revisions. Customer service is responsive but solving these issues has taken more than 12 months so the technical team could definitely be more efficient.

It's so easy to use Hicomply and the staff has been really supportive in guiding us through everything.

Cons

There are a few user interface issues that could improve the overall customer experience. That said, these are minor and don't detract from the overall use, just some nice-to-haves.

Pros

The system is really flexible and I love the feature that links clauses to evidence. With the help and guidance from their representative, the whole process has been as simple as possible.

Cons

For tasks I think, it would be helpful to have a feature for adding notes with timestamps so you can easily track progress instead of just using one text box.

Hicomply's website is one of the best I've seen for online training platforms. It's clear and easy to navigate so it's simple to find what I need. The training materials are well structured and easy to understand whether you are a beginner or more advanced. What I really like about it is the engaging and interactive content, it keeps me motivated throughout the whole learning process. Overall It's a really smooth and enjoyable experience.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a bit long-winded and stretched out.

“A concise survey after ISO implementation

Pros

The user interface is probably the most helpful feature of Hicomply. It's easy to use and not complicated at all. I can quickly find the documents I need, whether they're read or unread and I can get started based on whatever my company needs me to do.

Cons

I haven't found any downsides yet, maybe because I haven't used HiComply much unless it's something my employer mandates.

The user experience could definitely be better. The interface feels a bit difficulty and navigating through the features often feels like trying to solve a puzzle.
