Pros
The response time is great. If unsure, you can click the Hox tab and they will respond whether it is a phishing attempt or not and give advice. They also give awards to encourage everyone to stay aware of risky emails that could harm the business.
Cons
To be honest I have had no issues with hoxhunt at this time.

Pros
It is an interesting product and a great way to raise awareness about cybersecurity and other IT threats. It is very easy to use and feels like a game where you earn stars by being extra careful and alert.
Cons
It would be nice if there were rewards for reaching milestones or completing tests. That could keep users more engaged and focused on learning.
