I enjoy how hoxhunt turns phishing scams into a game. It keeps users alert to scams and does well at showing you people with similar scores. I do not know all the employees in my company but when I see someone I know near my score, I take a screenshot and send it to them. It leads to good laughs and friendly competition at work. We even have moments during meetings where someone is excited about an email only to find out they got hoxhunted again.
Cons
I have no complaints about Hoxhunt. I have given feedback on things I wanted to see differently and the company actually made those changes. Right now I just enjoy using it.

Sometimes it feels so "real" that it makes your heart race. You get emails like "Your car in the corporate parking lot has been scratched" or "You need to pay an extra fee".
Cons
Hoxhunt is a great tool for raising security awareness. It sends realistic phishing emails that require quick action. The tricky part is that the emails can closely match your current situation. For example, if you have an upcoming business trip, you might suddenly get a fake hotel cancellation, making it hard to tell what is real.

The way it explains security and phishing training is great making spotting scams feel fun. Now I am overly cautious of any strange email that comes in.
Cons
It takes me a bit to find the dashboard I always forget where it is. Vacation mode sometimes still sends emails.

Cons
There is not much I dislike about Hoxhunt, but the holiday mode does not always work properly. That is important because you can lose points when you are out of the office.

Its reporting tools and ability to handle spam also add extra protection to the company's digital data. Overall hoxhunt is an effective tool for building cybersecurity awareness.

A concern some people might have is that while simulated phishing is great for training, it could cause stress or anxiety if it is not managed carefully.

Cons
A downside could be that over time, employees might miss some of the simulated phishing emails sent by Hoxhunt. Also if phishing come too often, people might start recognizing the patterns without truly learning to apply the skills in reallife situations.

We use Hoxhunt to train ourselves against phishing emails. They send fake phishing emails to me and my team to teach us how to spot and stop real ones. It is fun and actually makes me look forward to checking my email!
Cons
I do not interact with Hoxhunt often I am just a user receiving phishing emails roughly once a month. Since the emails are spread out, I do not have anything negative to say.
