Pros
I'm seriously impressed with their incident reports. They respond to incidents incredibly fast and take action right away, which gives me a lot of confidence in their system.
Cons
I wish there were EDR integrations. We still need to deploy something like SentinelOne to handle real time event response.

Setting it up was simple, maintaining it is just as easy and rolling it out was no hassle at all. This is exactly how a top tier security product should work.
Cons

Pros
This is absolutely outstanding. I use it daily and honestly could not do my job without it. The interface is super easy to understand and navigate and the real time reporting is spot on. When I need help, their support team is always there with excellent assistance.
Cons
The only real issue I have with this is that there is no merch. I would love to show off my support for this app because it's just that good.

“Amazing product, support, and price
Pros
Support is a big deal to me and Huntress nails it. Their team is always ready to help, they really know what they are doing and they have been fantastic every time I have reached out. The product itself runs light, the dashboard is clean and the alert system works beautifully.
Cons
It would be great if it integrated with Defender for Business instead of just the free Windows Defender.

Pros
I love the community aspect of Huntress. Their weekly webinars and group sessions are packed with real-world insights. It is a great way to stay educated on today's security landscape.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like it is playing catch up, adding features just after competitors have them. I also wish there was a built in script for deployment instead of having to customize one.

Huntress goes way beyond traditional antivirus software. The ransomware protection is top notch and I really appreciate the way they use canaries across storage to detect and block encryption attempts.
Cons

Pros
Deployment and management are sooo easy. The client is lightweight and non-intrusive and it detects threats like footholds and malware that our regular antivirus completely misses.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. The product works as expected and I like that the Huntress team keeps adding new features.

Pros
One of the best things is that Huntress reviews and classifies the severity of alerts before they ever reach us, which saves us a ton of time. They even include remediation steps and work directly with us when needed. The rollout and integrations were smooth and our clients did not run into any issues. The pricing model is a great fit for the SMB space.
Cons
It's not as advanced as some tools like SentinelOne or CrowdStrike but it works well alongside them.

We deployed the agent using our RMM and the implementation was seamless. Right away it found some serious security issues and their support team helped me confirm the risks. That level of guidance is incredibly valuable.
Cons
At first, there was a problem with how agents were split into organizations but that issue has been fixed.

This really delivers on its promises. They are always innovating and pushing boundaries while still excelling at their core features. The persistence detection is incredibly strong and their Managed AV service has been really solid in my experience.
