I had an amazing experience with Hyperproof and would highly recommend it! It was very easy and quick to learn how to use.

Cons

Sometimes there are minor issues but honestly, their response time is super fast and they're always ready to help out.

Hyperproof enabled us to manage our security frameworks, vendor management and risk all in one interconnected place. This has allowed us to expand our compliance with ease and make significant savings across multiple team resources.

Cons

It took a bit of time to get used to the tool but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use and efficient.

“nothing short of amazing!

Pros

The platform offers a variety of useful features and functionalities for automating a risk and compliance program. The ability to integrate and automate evidence collection is highly valuable and the robust vendor management module further enhances the platform's capabilities.

Cons

The only thing I don't really like is that when you click back, it doesn't remember where you were on the page. So if you are dealing with a long list of 100 controls, you'll have to scroll all the way back to where you left off.

Cons

If it doesn't seamlessly integrate with your preferred tools like CrowdStrike, Wiz or Jamf, you might need to use some workarounds. But the good thing is that there are plenty of flexible options for that.

“Great functions, happy with this product

Pros

It was super easy to navigate. Right off the bat, I found the interface user-friendly and there wasn't a huge learning curve. Their customer support is also fantastic , anytime I had an issue or question, the team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Hyperproof is still evolving, which is great but it does mean there are some features I have been waiting for that aren't available yet. They are making regular improvements, though!

Pros

It's easy to track tasks and compliance goals, making the process more organized.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep especially for new users but you get the hang of it quickly once you dive in.

The platform is userfriendly, allowing me to communicate effectively with my team about the audit. It provided order when handling multiple audits at the same time.

I don't like having to tag system owners or auditors before they get notifications on a ticket. It adds a bit of extra work.

One thing that bothers me is that the Work Items module can sometimes slow down, which is a bit frustrating.

Overall it's been a positive experience. The people are great to work with and the platform is helpful for documentation and organization. The implementation and support teams have been fantastic.

Setting it up for actual production use was a big task but once it's done, it runs pretty smoothly.

The customer support has been tremendous and the Hyperproof team is always open to improvement ideas, finding ways to implement them in the platform.

It took some time to get familiar with the platform but the weekly syncs with the Hyperproof team were super helpful and made the transition easier.

Pros

From POC to implementation and support, the entire process was smooth and the team at Hyperproof has been great to work with. The easy to use features, like Jumpstart and control linking, make managing multiple frameworks a breeze. The third party vendor questionnaire system is great.

Cons

The integrations for automated proof collection could be better for our current needs though.

Its interactive interface makes it easy to set up and manage frameworks as your organization scales. The platform is evolving and Hyperproof listens to its customers to improve its features based on needs. The automation options reduce manual workload and the centralized dashboard gives a clear, real-time view of compliance status. The system also integrates well with popular platforms. Finally, their customer support is awesome, quick to respond and always helpful.

Cons

While Hyperproof has strong fundamentals, one downside is that your progress is tied to theirs. As a growing platform, there are features that still feel a bit underdeveloped compared to more established tools. Updates take time which can slow down teams who need more advanced functionality. But it's promising to see it evolve over time.

Managing audits and gathering evidence is effortless with Hyperproof. The centralized database makes it easy to reuse evidence for other audits, saving time and effort.

Cons

It'd be awesome to have the ability to adjust risk levels within the tool to align better with our company's existing risk methodology.

Hyperproof has proven to be a valuable addition to our GRC processes, offering a centralized platform for managing compliance and risk. The filtering capabilities have significantly improved reporting and analysis efficiency, saving time and effort. While there are some limitations such as the lack of a built-in approval flow and restricted field editing, the overall benefits are still substantial. With Hyperproof, my team can focus more on high-priority risk management activities instead of manual administrative work, helping us maintain a strong compliance posture. I highly recommend Hyperproof to any GRC leaders aiming to streamline their operations.

The lack of a built-in approval flow is a bit of a pain and not being able to edit certain built in fields like assessed risk means customization is somewhat limited.

We liked the ability to create Hypersync and automate controls assessment. Hyperproof's team provided everything needed for a smooth migration and the comprehensive documentation helped set up integrations seamlessly.

Cons

We suggested some features for the vendor risk management module and there are a few things that could make the platform even better. I'm also excited about the possibility of machine learning capabilities being added in the future.

“Great automation, need to work on risk module

Pros

The labels and proofs of the integrations they offer are a highlight. Automation is key and Hyperproof delivers.

Cons

One thing I would love to see improved is the history metrics in the Risk Module. Right now, it's real time but having a history view would be really helpful. Also, notifications for any changes in the Risk and Vendor modules would make things a lot easier to track. And as a company with 500+ employees, it's a bit tricky to identify the right owner just by their initials.

“Enhance GRC efficiency and scalability using Hyperproof

Pros

It is already helping us easily map audit evidence to controls for easy tracking, maintenance and reuse. We have gone from exhausting, time consuming manual work to quickly locating and providing audit evidence. Freshness reminders help us stay on top of updates throughout the year instead of scrambling right before an audit. What we like best is the team, from sales to implementation, customer success, support and development, they are extremely responsive to our questions, concerns and goals.

Cons

As a financial institution we rely on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) framework, which Hyperproof recently added. There are still a few functionality issues to sort out with this framework but overall, it's promising.
