Pros
The cross-platform compatibility is amazing. Works perfectly across Linux, Ubuntu, Fedora, MAC and Windows. What really sets it apart is the email gateway monitoring and printer monitoring features that come bundled in. Plus, having mobile monitoring for both iOS and Android makes it feel like a complete monitoring solution.
Cons
I wish it worked with more than just LAN printers.
