“Top-tier bug bounty platform

Pros

Intigriti platform is always improving with new features being added regularly. Also the Success Managers in customer support are amazing as they are friendly and approachable. And overall it is easy to manage and the integration with our company went smoothly. Plus Slack notifications help us stay engaged with the platform at just the right frequency.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it can be challenging to get the attention of technical staff when forwarding tech-related questions.

They focus on collaboration and support thinking ahead rather than just chasing profits which I like the most about them. The setup is also simple. And despite being a comprehensive platform, it is still easy to manage.

In my opinion the fixed yearly costs seem a bit high although we are very satisfied with the hybrid pentest and bounty fees.
