The ability to reverse an IP to a domain is beneficial. Primarily I focus on businesses.

I end up paying for a lot of ISP and bot traffic which is not ideal. I only get about 20% real business data while the rest is from ISPs but that is fine for now.

There is really nothing to improve. It feels like a shill review but after working with many vendors, I can say IPinfo is top tier.
