“solid on-premise and cloud control”
Pros
I've used both the on-premise and cloud versions and it's a reliable solution for maintaining control and visibility over both your company and clients. It really helps streamline operations and ensures everything stays on track
Cons
The pricing is based on users, extra features, and multi-language support. I'd really appreciate a dedicated learning portal and tighter integration with other ManageEngine apps.

There are a few limitations for smaller clients and sometimes the error messages could be clearer. That said, the support team is always very helpful.

“User-friendly & powerful”
Pros
It's user-friendly and a powerful way to manage all our customers endpoints.
Cons
I believe the cost is a bit steep, especially considering the task of managing all our customers endpoints. It feels like we're paying more than what it offers in return.

“efficient multi-customer dashboard”
Pros
Managing endpoints for multiple customers from a single dashboard is efficient and saves a lot of time.

“Centralized management hub”
Pros
I think the centralized management hub is the best feature as I no longer need to switch between different servers and tools to get things done. I love the dashboards and how easy it is to visually find exactly what I need without digging around every time.
Cons
The cloud version has its advantages, but I'm not sure they outweigh the benefits of the on-premise solution. The cloud offering still feels limited in some ways.
