solid on-premise and cloud control

Pros

I've used both the on-premise and cloud versions and it's a reliable solution for maintaining control and visibility over both your company and clients. It really helps streamline operations and ensures everything stays on track

Cons

The pricing is based on users, extra features, and multi-language support. I'd really appreciate a dedicated learning portal and tighter integration with other ManageEngine apps.

Great device management and integration

Pros

It offers comprehensive device management, strong automated patching, and a centralized dashboard. It also integrates well with other ManageEngine products like Service Desk Plus MSP.

Cons

There are a few limitations for smaller clients and sometimes the error messages could be clearer. That said, the support team is always very helpful.

best for updates

Pros

It's the best product I've used for managing both Microsoft updates and third-party applications.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints. I would just prefer the option to pay monthly instead of annually.

User-friendly & powerful

Pros

It's user-friendly and a powerful way to manage all our customers endpoints.

Cons

I believe the cost is a bit steep, especially considering the task of managing all our customers endpoints. It feels like we're paying more than what it offers in return.

efficient multi-customer dashboard

Pros

Managing endpoints for multiple customers from a single dashboard is efficient and saves a lot of time.

Cons

We haven't had any problems yet. The data center and disaster recovery setup for MSPs seems a little complexbut it hasn't been a bad experience.

Great endpoint details

Pros

ManageEngine does a great job collecting detailed information from endpoints, from general maintenance to capturing every small detail effectively.

Cons

It's a great tool, but I'd recommend the cloud version over on-premise for better scalability, easier management, and less maintenance.

Centralized management hub

Pros

I think the centralized management hub is the best feature as I no longer need to switch between different servers and tools to get things done. I love the dashboards and how easy it is to visually find exactly what I need without digging around every time.

Cons

The cloud version has its advantages, but I'm not sure they outweigh the benefits of the on-premise solution. The cloud offering still feels limited in some ways.

smooth all-in-one system

Pros

It is a smooth-running system where you can locate all your machines and handle patching, software deployment, updates, and more, all in one place.

Cons

The main issue we've noticed is that sometimes a machine shows as offline even when it's online and we have to restart it to get it recognized again
