“A good tool for SIEM
Pros
One of the great things about this platform is that it's cloud based so it requires less maintenance and fewer updates. The centralized log management is also a huge plus especially if you have many servers, VMs, switches, routers and apps. Most logs tend to be ignored until a problem occurs but with this platform, you can simplify analysis and troubleshooting. Real time protection is another standout feature, it detects, identifies and responds to different threats right away. It also includes automatic compliance reporting for regulations like GDPR and the user interface is easy to navigate.
Cons
The pricing could be considered a bit "high" depending on what you need. Also, when your assigned space is full, it doesn't automatically overwrite the older logs. The log collection stops until the older logs fall outside your time range. It can also be difficult to integrate with some third-party applications.

“Full log auditing and analysis
Pros
What I really appreciate is how easy it is to configure log analysis from a simple registry across our entire network infrastructure and applications.
Cons
One area for improvement would be the inability to delete certain categories of reports you don't use. If that feature was available, it would really enhance the software. Otherwise, it's a fantastic product.

This platform brings all the monitoring tasks for AD Audit and EventLog Analyzer into one place, making it much more efficient.
Cons
It requires an additional license for different components, which might be a consideration depending on your needs.

Pros
I love that it works across multiple platforms and provides a single pane of access for network security, log management and Active Directory auditing.
Cons
The integration is done at the component level, not the service level which could be an area to consider depending on your setup.

Pros
Our client loves the visibility this platform provides across all systems, networks, AWS, Azure and Active Directory. It's especially handy during DDOS attacks. The NOC team and senior stakeholders need 360-degree visibility across all intrusions, which can only be achieved through Log360.
Cons
We've given demos and arranged POCs for a large client base in Australia. So far we haven't come across anything Log360 can't handle.

“Ideal solution for auditing all levels of IT in an organization
Pros
The setup and implementation are incredibly easy and the platform offers a great scope and many useful features that are helpful in our work.
Cons
Sometimes the support is a bit slow. The vendor conducts many tests and remote sessions before providing a solution, which can take longer than expected.

“A great tool for ensuring compliance
Pros
The built-in compliance reports are one of the best features. They made it simple to review the logs we needed to remain compliant. Plus the platform is easy to set up and deploy. The free version is a great testing platform and can even provide everything you need in some cases.
Cons
The only downside I have experienced was with the domain functions while having the software installed on a Linux platform. However this is only a minor issue since, in the production environment, it would be installed on a Windows server.

Integration between AD Audit Plus and Event Log Analyzer is fantastic. With just one click, all of our data syncs seamlessly and the reporting features are top-notch.
Cons
Some changes, like adjusting the time zone on AD Audit Plus, require a restart of the services which isn't the most ideal way of implementing changes.

“Getting logs from the systems is much easier now!
Pros
The pre-configured reports are definitely my favorite feature of the software. We don't have to filter out logs with event IDs, the dashboard is incredibly effective.
Cons
There isn't much to mark as "least" but it sometimes takes a long time to get up and running if a server restart is involved.

“Excellent tool for managing login security
Pros
This platform provides basic login (and failed login attempts) data in a centralized system, which is great for auditing and compliance. It works across multiple systems and platforms. We use it for our Windows servers and IBMi systems. The browser-based access to a simple dashboard makes it even more convenient.
Cons
Sometimes some features don't work as expected or they don't provide the level of detail we need. For example today when I clicked on the "LOG" icon, I got an error message saying the event logger refused to connect. This was the second error message I received today.
