Easy to use

Pros

It's easy to use, the documentation is thorough and it doesn't require a lot of hardware to run smoothly.

Cons

I couldn't find many explanatory videos or tutorials. I'd love to see a clearer learning path to help users get the most out of the tool.

automated scanning tool

Pros

I really appreciate the automated vulnerability scanning and patch deployment for both servers and endpoints. It's a huge time-saver and ensures our systems stay secure without the manual effort

Cons

The agent scan tends to run slowly right after a computer restarts, which can cause delays in visibility and disrupt the flow of monitoring.

great unified view

Pros

Having both patching and vulnerability management in a single view is great. I love being able to see which patches address specific vulnerabilities and just hitting deploy to resolve issues.

Cons

Some buttons and features aren't usable unless you pay for additional services or integrate other products. It sometimes feels like they're pushing more of their products rather than improving core functionality.

allows broad vulnerability scanning

Pros

It scans for vulnerabilities across a broad set of assets like servers, workstations, network devices, and applications. And it gives detailed info like severity, exploitability, and impacted components. The patch module automatically deplixes fixes to vulnerable systems, and the platform is simple to use, even for less technical staff.

Cons

The vulnerability database doesn't always update automatically and sometimes requires manual intervention.
