“Simple to handle

Pros

I find it really simple to manage and the cloud-based digital archiving works great along with solid monitoring capabilities.

Cons

Support response times could definitely be improved. I often wait longer than I'd like to hear back from them.

The ability to build and maintain massive, high-quality archives is outstanding and it really leverages cloud technology to provide solid, reliable search functionality. Being cloud-native gives users some serious advantages when working with web archives.

Cons

Updates and new features can be pretty slow to roll out sometimes.

The portal interface is really organized and works great with JIRA pages.

Cons

I dont like that I can't flag broken pages during quality assurance testing.
