“Top-quality, US-made hardware with a great team

Pros

I really appreciate that everything is manufactured right here in the USA using top-quality components and there's no firmware to worry about. The fact that Nfina is privately owned with such a credentialed and experienced team gives me confidence in their product.

Cons

Being web-based rather than having a local presence used to be a concern but honestly it doesn't matter much anymore with VPNs and remote support technology. You really can't tell the difference when they handle shipping through UPS and take such care with packaging. The thing is, all these costs are already built into pricing at major brands anyway and you're actually paying more while getting less because of how expensive they are.

Pros

Their team is very responsive whether I'm working with sales, support or the technical folks, they always get back to me quickly. It really shows that having great people behind a product makes all the difference and that's exactly what I've experienced.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that they're not as well-known as they should be.
