I love the professional quality of the content. The subjects covered are up-to-date and the key points are simple and accessible for everyday users. The admin portal is still developing so I'm optimistic it will continue improving.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this system. The support team is amazing and the helpdesk staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Pros
The training episodes are released frequently. They actually manage to be entertaining which is rare for security awareness content. This combination really helps with both completion rates and retention. Implementation was super simple and once it's set up, it pretty much runs itself without much oversight needed.
Cons
Sometimes the interface feels a bit messy and could use some organizing. That said, whenever I have questions, the support team is always there to assist.

I really enjoy the content and actually look forward to receiving the videos myself. We can handpick exactly what topics we want our team to focus on which gives us great control over the training.
Cons
We switched from Okta to Azure a couple years back when they asked us to but nobody told us we could actually switch back until I brought it up in a support ticket recently. Our account manager never mentioned this was an option again. There's been more backend issues lately causing problems with delivery and access than we used to see. The most recent one was pretty bad. Only about 10% of our users got there monthly video because of some email glitch.

I'm impressed with how this tool keeps security training at the forefront for my team. The approach is refreshing as it tackles current security topics through animated shorts that don't feel overwhelming. Employee engagement has skyrocketed compared to other products we've used. People actually enjoy watching the videos and eagerly anticipate each month's new content.
Cons
The customer success experience could definitely be better. After my initial onboarding, I felt like I was just handed off to support tickets without much ongoing guidance. Their Office 365 documentation is outdated and I'm not even sure the setup they recommend is as secure as it could be.

We found the videos relevant to current events. They're quick and easy to watch since they're just a few minutes long but they manage to get their message across in an entertaining yet informative way. After getting familiar with the system, deploying phishing and security training becomes pretty simple.
Cons
Finding older episodes can be tricky and I wish the reporting had more detailed options.

People talk about the guest voiceovers and bring up security topics naturally. We integrate them into our existing LMS using SCORM packages. The training content is really well-made with excellent animation and our team has responded positively to it. I've noticed users becoming much more cyber-aware and they're doing a better job reporting issues to us. Support is very well-trained. We send out trainings monthly and run simulations four times a year.
Cons
Admin console got a recent update that honestly made things worse in my opinion. I've heard they're working on improvements though so hopefully the features that are hard to locate or completely missing will get fixed or added back soon.

Content stays really fresh with monthly updates and it's way easier to digest than traditional training materials especially for younger staff who grew up on social media. I actually like that the cartoons are a bit cheesy sometimes because it gets people more engaged. The videos are just the right length too, maybe 4-6 minutes so even employees who usually resist training are more willing to give it a shot.
Cons
The downloading and re-uploading process into our LMS requires some fiddling around though it's manageable overall. Sometimes the content feels overly sanitized like when FBI agents use finger guns instead of showing realistic depictions of firearms in law enforcement scenarios.
