I wish I could add new users with a future start date instead of having to wait until their actual first day. Right now, there's no way to set up someone ahead of time and you have to add them exactly when they begin working.

The monthly updates on current cyber threats are spot-on for what our team needs. People are swamped with work and don't want to sit through long security training sessions but these 4-minute videos are short enough that everyone actually watches them. The content stays relevant and covers trending threats perfectly.

Cons

Would love if they release more awareness videos each month. While there's a good back catalog of previously released monthly content, even just 2 videos per month would give my users more exposure without feeling overwhelming to them.

Episodes are really short and enjoyable which makes it super easy for our team to actually absorb the material and start changing how they approach both work and personal situations. What I particularly appreciate is how the content is built around recent security incidents. It shows people exactly how these attacks unfold and what warning signs to watch for in our own environment. The leaderboard feature has been absolutely fantastic at keeping everyone motivated. Our employees have gotten into this friendly rivalry to see who can claim the top spot each episode. Plus whenever we need help, the support team gets back to us quickly with genuinely helpful customer service.

Cons

Training content management feels a bit more complicated now. The old system let me resend individual episodes to users when needed but that feature disappeared with this update. User engagement data was also much clearer and easier to interpret before.

I was impressed with how high-quality the videos are when we first started using this platform. Managing everything through the system was simple and I noticed way more conversations about cybersecurity happening around our offices. Most users gave us positive feedback about it.

Cons

Management feels really complex ever since they switched to the new platform. We've also run into several problems with managed services and users keep getting random batches of extra videos or sometimes no videos at all.

Training only takes 3-4 minutes monthly and the episodes are actually entertaining and straight to the point so nobody can really claim they don't have time for it.

Sometimes the episodes feel a little too dramatic though I suppose that's probably intentional to grab viewers attention

Their training modules are brief and fun. We actually enjoy the quirky style. Each session only requires about 4 minutes monthly from our staff which is perfect. Multiple team members have personally told me how valuable they find these sessions.

The admin portal gives me headaches sometimes when I'm trying to manage things. The interface feels pretty outdated and could really use a refresh.

The video content lacks variety. You end up hearing the same handful of "celebrity" voices repeatedly. It's a minor issue but honestly it's our main gripe with the platform.

Great how it delivers awareness training based on actual corporate incidents and breaches. Makes the content feel much more relevant and practical.

Setting up new users and organizing them into groups through the admin dashboard feels pretty confusing.
