Cons

The main drawback is it doesn't offer much customization for power users or bigger companies that need really specific security setups.

I think the multi-factor authentication could definitely use some work as it doesn't play well with our other systems and feels clunky to set up.

Settings could really use better explanations about what each one does and it would be helpful to know where to find them for manual configuration when necessary.
