Pros
It centralizes everything. I can create custom reports exactly how I want them, giving me complete visibility into the tenant. It really simplifies reporting for compliance purposes.
Cons
I think the multi-factor authentication could definitely use some work as it doesn't play well with our other systems and feels clunky to set up.
