Pros

Oneleet provided everything we needed in one place, which saved us time and hassle. We didn't have to deal with multiple vendors to get the solutions we needed. They even took care of managing the third party auditor for us, which was a huge relief. Whenever we ran into issues, we could easily hop on a call with their team and they would walk us through the problem and get us back on track. One of the most important features for us was their trust portal, badges and letter of engagement, which helped us land deals. It was incredibly valuable to be able to showcase our progress in such a clear and professional way.

Cons

There were a few integrations that I wish had been ready when we first onboarded. It would have made the setup process a bit smoother but not a huge deal.

Pros

In our line of work, handling sensitive healthcare data, we knew we couldn't just tick boxes when it came to compliance. We needed to take our security to the next level. After exploring a variety of options and consulting with colleagues, we realized that combining a traditional compliance platform with a vCISO would be the only way to meet our needs and it would be expensive. That's when we found the solution we needed. They combined the services of a vCISO and manual consultant with a platform that automates the most tedious parts of compliance. The vCISO assigned to us was exceptional, providing constant support even during weekends when we were facing security emergencies. The platform was helpful but it was really the holistic approach that won us over.

Cons

One of their integrations completely broke down due to the specific (and admittedly, irregular) way we use AWS. It was frustrating at first because we thought this might delay our audit. Thankfully, it took them about three weeks to make the necessary adjustments and we didn't end up facing any delays in the end so it worked out.

Based on our needs we thought we would have to combine one of the traditional compliance platforms with a vCISO which would have been highly costly. Then we found Oneleet. They offered a combination of a vCISO and manual consultant along with a platform that automates the tedious parts of compliance. The vCISO they assigned to us was fantastic, always available for calls even on weekends when we were in security emergencies. Plus the platform itself was solid but it was their overall approach which is comprehensive and well-rounded that really won us over.

Our experience with Oneleet was great because they did a lot of things differently compared to other companies we've worked with. First, they were incredibly hands on, far more involved than we expected. They were constantly hopping on calls with us, explaining what needed to be done and offering guidance. Second, dealing with auditors used to be a huge pain for us. They were often difficult to communicate with and would ask irrelevant or frustrating questions. But Oneleet took care of that entirely for us, managing the auditors and ensuring the process went smoothly. They worked with the same auditors we would used before, but they really took charge, pushing back when necessary and preventing us from being exposed to unnecessary frustration. Third, the way they bundled everything together made everything work seamlessly. We didn't have to worry about different pieces of the puzzle not fitting together. They were incredibly knowledgeable about security and we appreciated how direct and firm they were when it came to telling us where we needed to improve. And lastly, their responsiveness was fantastic. We could easily communicate over Slack and their responses were always quick and clear, with answers that were well reasoned. It made the whole process feel much more manageable.

Cons

A few nice to have integrations were missing like Xero and Hubspot, which we use heavily in our company. It wasn't a dealbreaker but having them would have made the experience even better. We're also still waiting for the rollout of their pro MDM, which would've been great to have.

Pros

Well our experience with Oneleet was great because they did a few things that really set them apart from the other companies I have worked with. They were extremely hands-on more than I expected. They were always hopping on calls with us to clarify expectations and offer advice. In the past I dreaded dealing with auditors as they were a real pain and asked a lot of irrelevant or silly questions. But it worked with the same auditors we used before handling everything for us. Plus this saved us a lot of time and spared us the frustration of dealing with them directly. It was firm in managing the auditors constantly pushing back and protecting us from unnecessary hassle. One of the toughest aspects of compliance is getting all the pieces to work together but since it bundled everything into one solution, we did not have to worry about that. These guys know their stuff and are upfront about it. They did not hesitate to point out the risks of some of our actions and they were insistent that we make changes. They are clear about being opinionated and I like that kind of straightforwardness. Plus communication was pretty simple over Slack as the response times were quick and their answers were always well thought-out and precise.

Cons

There were a few integrations missing that would have been nice to have. For example they did not support Xero and Hubspot both of which we rely on heavily in our company. It was not a major issue but having them would have made the experience even better. Also I wish they had rolled out their pro MDM by now as we are still waiting for it.

Pros

As a consultant who works with many startups, I've helped a lot of companies through the compliance process, but this company stands out for a few reasons. First the support they provide is unmatched. They don't just offer a platform, they have in house consultants who help with the difficult aspects of compliance. Their response times are great and their answers are always thorough and informative. Second the platform is reliable and has everything you need, plus more. Third, the auditor support is a game changer. In the past, dealing with auditors was a headache but now, the company works with the same auditors I've worked with in the past, fully managing them on our behalf. This saved us so much time and spared us the frustration of constantly having to manage the auditors ourselves. One of the most impressive things was how quickly we became SOC 2 compliant, within a single month, including a pentest and retesting. That was the fastest I have ever seen. And from day one the founding team was involved, making us feel like they truly cared about our success.

Cons

There were a few things that I didn't love about the experience: First, they include some features that I didn't need and I wish there was an option to pay less by excluding those. Second, missing integrations like Hubspot could've made things smoother for us. And lastly the pricing was a bit higher compared to some competitors. However I still think it's worth the investment even though it was a bit of a hit to our budget.

Pros

The thing I value most about this solution is how it helped us close enterprise deals much faster. Their team truly understands the intricacies of healthcare compliance and helped us build a SOC 2 and HIPAA security program that met the highest standards, satisfying even the most technical and demanding partners. The entire process was much smoother than I had anticipated and it was a huge relief knowing we were in good hands every step of the way.

Cons

The pricing is a bit steeper than some competitors but I truly believe the value you get makes it worth the extra cost.
