“A lot of useful tools

Pros

The cloud-based setup makes it convenient to access everything I need for security testing. Having 20+ tools all in one place really simplifies my workflow with no more jumping between different platforms. The interface is user-friendly which means I could start using it right away without a steep learning curve. Even team members with varying cybersecurity experience can pick it up quickly and integrate it into their daily operations.

Cons

I was frustrated when they changed their asset scanning limits without any heads up. Before, we could rotate assets to stay under the 500 limit but now there's a cap of 500 "new" assets per billing cycle under the Teams plan, even though total assets can go up to 10,000. This could really hurt teams starting big engagements that blow past 500 assets. That said, when I contacted customer support about this issue, they were super responsive and really tried to help us out. Overall the support team has been fantastic to work with.

“Easy to move about

Pros

Moving around the menu is very easy and I love how customizable the tools are. Everything's organized into logical categories that make sense. When I run deep scans, they're thorough sometimes taking hours but really comprehensive. The reports come out in formats that are clear and informative, easy enough to explain to anyone without a tech background. Had some hiccups along the way but customer support jumped in quickly and got everything sorted.

Cons

The real-time logging feature is missing so I can't track scan progress or catch errors as they happen. Also had issues with Selenium recordings not playing back consistently every time.

The SPA assessment feature is still pretty new so scanning modern single page applications can be inconsistent. While they do offer authentication scanning, it's designed to be simple. Works fine for basic HTML login forms and you can add cookies or headers for other scenarios. However, if those don't work, there's limited logging or customization options to troubleshoot authentication issues. Tech support has been helpful when I've run into problems but resolution times vary depending on whether first-line support can solve it or if it needs to be escalated.

Nothing really bothers me about it. It's definitely worth what you pay for. I'd just like to see them add more exploits to the platform. Other than that, they're doing great work!

I'm impressed by how quickly and accurately this platform identifies vulnerabilities. It's honestly better than anything I've used before. The interface is super user-friendly too making it simple to set up scans even if you're just starting out.

The sheer number of features can get pretty overwhelming at times and I'd really appreciate more detailed tutorial videos. Also ran into some frustrating issues when trying to generate reports from findings, specifically when selecting the "Editable DOCX Pentest Report" option, it just doesn't seem to work properly.

I found pentesting to be perfect for what we needed whether it's one-time assessments or setting up regular vulnerability screening. The PDF reports really help demonstrate to larger clients that we have a proper security system in place which has become essential for our business relationships.

Cons

The reports can be confusing to interpret. I often don't really understand what they're trying to tell me. Thankfully, the color-coded system saves me since I can just focus on the red alerts that need immediate attention. Yellow warnings require some follow-up but aren't as urgent.

I'm satisfied with how quickly I got started even without being super technical, I had my first tests running within minutes. Cons

The user experience could use some work. There are too many clicks needed for simple tasks that better design could organize. When using the people hunter feature, the reports sometimes don't give enough detail to actually understand what's going wrong. There's also a small glitch with the chatbot where I can't see support replies though since they also reach out by email it's not a huge issue.
