They conduct POCAPT convergences and offer courses on risks, which is a great plus. It's not just a repository of information but a valuable ally in managing risks. Each module is simple, making it easy to use and the improvements they make continue to enhance the experience.
Cons
We have experienced numerous failures with dynamic reports, which forces us to double-check the downloaded information.

I am very satisfied with both the tool and the Pirani team. The fact that everything is linked together makes it easy to track traceability.
Cons

Pros
In my brief experience with Pirani, I appreciate the simplicity of the process. Their support in managing risks is excellent. I especially like how it allows risk managers to be assigned and provides tools to monitor action plans effectively.
Cons
There are no major dislikes however, it would be more efficient if action plans could be managed directly when risks arise so managers don't have to view the risk separately from the action plan.

It's a good tool with opportunities for improvement, but overall, it's a solid application and the team is always ready to offer fast, friendly solutions. For me the Key features include ease of use, parameterization for customer needs, a userfriendly interface and responsive customer service.
Cons
Mass uploads of more than 5,000 records can cause errors so it's necessary to separate the uploads for processing. Also initial loads can cause records to appear in disorder. There are frequent errors in reporting and bulk associations (e.g events vs causes, events vs controls) cannot always be made manually.
