It's fully customizable and has so many multiple applications. Its also really easy for us to navigate throughout.

Some of the functions can be pretty technical and requires a risk professional to fully understand it.

In my experience, Protecht is a great risk management tool that helps maintain process compliance and boosts security within the company. I love the real time reporting feature, which allows us to quickly spot and fix issues. The interface is adaptive, making it easy to use, and it offers high flexibility and customization options.

Learning curve is a bit steep and there could be clearer documentation to help with that.

The configurability is super easy like you don't need to be a programmer to get it done. The modules are very practical and solve real world business problems. The training on Protecht, especially the Risk Management training is excellent.

Cons

Dashboards should be included in the module, not charged extra. They should also work right out of the box especially for modules that haven't been customized but they don't always.

More of a want than a dislike, but the user interface could really use a modernization.

Its dashboards are great. There are pre designed ones but we can also create our own, It makes reporting really simple.

I love that I can assign risks, KRIs and policy reviews directly to owners, without relying on email or spreadsheets for most of the risk management tasks.

It has been so easy to customize and tweak. I love being able to change register fields on the fly. It links risks, controls and obligations in a simple, user friendly format.

Cons

Creating dashboards can be tricky, it's a steep learning curve. Small tweaks are easy enough, but you'll need some programming skills for anything more complex.

Helped us automate our entire risk management system, from new starters to leavers, audits to assessments and policies to procedures. One of the main benefits is that we can create our own registers and reports, which allows us to manage risks effectively and on time, while also cutting consultancy costs. The Protecht Academy is great too!! team members can access it to improve their skills. Most of the team finds the system really easy to use.

The flexibility to customize and build the system to fit our organization's needs is fantastic. Also, it's great that we can link any of the registers to dashboards.

While it's not a specific dislike, we definitely underestimated the amount of effort and detail required to implement Protecht, especially during the initial design phase. The customizability is great but it also brings complexity that needs to be considered in both the design and ongoing management.
